Art Deco baby!
This little beauty is the real deal. Not all of us could afford diamonds and furs. This medium sized pin is a wonderful example of 1930s design. Of course it looks 80s because designers always look backwards in order to move forwards.
Perfect for your favourite Bauhaus fan.
Edgy enough for a work jacket or collar.
This brooch is in excellent condition having never been worn, however there is some wear on the reverse. It's not as shiny as it would have been in 1930s but it is tarnish free. The detail on the fixing of the brown insets is quite lovely. Great example of early costume jewellery making.
The brown material is a vintage plastic and looks very rich.
Even heavy brooches can be worn on modern garments using a supportive brooch sponge. FIND OUT HOW
